Thank you for choosing The Urban Gifts & Co for your gift box needs. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your options in various situations.
Circumstances in Which Returns or Exchanges Are Allowed
We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
1.1.1 Incorrect Product Delivered:
- If the incorrect product has been delivered to you, we will gladly facilitate a return or exchange.
1.1.2 Damaged or Defective Product:
- In the unfortunate event that the product delivered to you is damaged or defective, we will provide a prompt resolution through a return or exchange.
1.1.3 Incorrect Size or Specifications:
- Should you receive a product with the incorrect size or specifications, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Time Frame for Reporting
To initiate a return or exchange, please report the issue within seven (7) days from the date of receiving your gift box.
Various Choices for Returning Items
When returning items, you have the following choices:
- Exchange: Choose a different item of equal or lesser value.
- Refund: Have the amount refunded to you.
Condition the Product Should Be In
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product should be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Please keep the original packaging for verification purposes.
Manner of Return
All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by means of an email sent to info@theurbangifts.co.za, setting out:
4.1.1 Reason for the Return:
- Clearly state the reason for the return in your email.
4.1.2 Choice of Resolution:
- Indicate whether you would like to be refunded, or replaced/exchanged in your email.
Return Process
- Return to Our Offices:
- We will require you to return the product to our offices at your own cost to the following address: The Urban Gifts& Co, c/o Jacobus Smit and Waterworks Avenue, Royldene Kimberley.
Note: Except if the product was received damaged or the incorrect product was delivered. In this case, we will arrange for the collection of the product.
Refund or Replacement

- Once returned, and subject to a product inspection, your account with us will be refunded or replaced, as per your preference.
Used Products
- Used Products:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products. Please ensure the product remains in its original condition for eligibility.
