Free domestic door-to-door delivery is offered on order values of R950.00 or more including VAT (South Africa only).

Orders below R950.00 including VAT will be charged R149.00  (South Africa only).

Orders over R950 will be delivered for FREE to Major Centers Only.

Sale items do not qualify for free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: A Delivery Surcharge may be applied for larger/heavier parcels and deliveries to outlying suburbs.

Any special delivery or product requests must be typed into the ‘Comments’ box when checking out.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days from receipt of payment.

Please be sure to use an address where there is someone to take delivery between 8am – 5pm on weekdays .

Another person can take delivery on your behalf, but will need to sign for the parcel.

Before placing an order please be aware that colours and sizes may not look exactly as they do on your screen.

This will be determined by the colour settings on your device.

We will not accept returns on items that ‘don’t look like they do on the website’.

You are welcome to contact us via email ([email protected]) if you need any clarification on any products.

In the unlikely event that any of your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will arrange a refund or replacement for you and reimburse the cost of returning the item if we have requested it back.

Damages or shortages must be reported to us within 7 days from date of delivery.

No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages.

If you would like to exchange an item, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.

This is not negotiable.

If you wish to cancel the order you will receive a full refund subject to certain terms and conditions.

To obtain a full refund you must:
• return items undamaged in the same new condition in which they were dispatched and in their original packaging

• ensure we receive the returned items within 7 days

• bear all the costs of returning the item to us

Lead time is dependent on stock availability.

Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 1-5 working days.

Should the product not be in stock we will advise you of the waiting period.
